Mysterious Figures

I was out walking the dogs in the woods when I found an old film camera. The dogs started barking when I picked it up, they must have thought it was food or something. It had a roll film in it so I decided to develop it to see if I could trace the owner.
When I developed the film, I was disappointed to find that nearly all shots had been ruined by the damp conditions. Only one shot remained - of this strangely tall man in the woods. Why would anyone wear a suit when out walking in the woods? Is this the owner of the camera? Or does he know what happened to the owner?
