Yeah it definitely gave a MAMMOTH alright. If they had been that big, I doubt pleistocene man could have hunted them to extinction with or without help from help from a changing climate. But yeah It's impossible to tell Dall to stop drawing subjects huge. I told Copilot in detail what was wrong, it apologized for the oversight, rewrote the prompt, said "ok let's redraw your pic with a realistic sized dog". We did that repeatedly. It kept apologizing and trying again, and again. I was lucky to get that one that came out ok!

Mammouths were a little smaler than at this picture, cca 5 meter max, but original AI created was three times bigger

Thid is a VERY GOOD ouranosaurus (discovered by P. Taquet, an old friend of my father 😉)

Thank You!  I tried for an hour and a half to get it somewhat accurate.  The AI kept throwing out images where the dorsal sail was compact and way to tall.  I tried to get the sail to taper all the way to the end of the tail, but the AI wasn't listening.  That's a project for another day.  And your father's friend, that's really cool!  Thanks for sharing that.

Philippe Taquet came to my house once when I was a kid because he knew I was crazy about dinosaurs. I still have the plastic one he gave me, a diplodocus. It made an impression on me because at the time, this kind of toy was rare and expensive in France.

Ouranosaurus is a genus of herbivorous basal hadrosauriform dinosaur that lived during the Aptian stage of the Early Cretaceous of modern-day Niger and Cameroon. 

Ouranosaurus measured about 23–27 ft long and weighed about 2.2 metric tons.
