Agatha arrived in a forest behind her shop to find some witchbane. Then an eerie growl tore through the stillness. A gigantic wolf, fur matted with riverweed, emerged from the trees. Gertrude's pathetic attempt at a welcome party.
Agatha smiled, a chilling display of pointed teeth. The wolf lunged, a blur of fangs and claws. With a flick of her wrist, Agatha summoned a tempestuous gust that slammed the beast back. Its watery eyes widened in terror as she wove a web of inky darkness, suffocating its roars.
A condensed storm resembled of an dark ball, born from her fury, danced across her palm before arcing into the wolf. Its monstrous form writhed, a symphony of pain echoing through the silent trees. Finally, with a sickening crackle, the wolf dissolved into a wisp of steam.
Sighing, a word escaped her lips, "Gertrude".
