After the terrifying events unfolded at dinner, the sisters would eventually go back to their room. Rose, tired and unnerved by the night's festivities, laid in her bed and went fast asleep, but Scarlette wasn't so quick to bed. 

Scarlette looked out at the pouring rain, thinking about her home, but also thinking about what Rose was talking about before. Life here was much better than simple peasant life, and the people here, no matter how strange, seemed to be good people who'd love to have them stay. 

But could they do it? Could they really abandon their old life for the luxury and comfort of this castle? Did they truly want to live under the same roof as demons and creepy figures? Would it really be a better life?

Thanks, was trying to stretch my NC legs since they'd been ignored by D3 works a lot lately. I'll see what I can bring to the next one that hopefully holds up better in a challenge... I did really like this pieces armor and rifle, but couldn't get his hand or eyes quite right despite multiple evolution / duplication.
