Only thing that sprang to mind with this series is that bottom left guy is clearly sat in an asylum for the criminally insane. His very long neck eventually drove him mad. His nickname at school was Raf. It was a reference to the years the kids at school shouted out 'Oi Giraffe Neck' to him.
