Bavarian Oktoberfest

A couple of blocks away from my Grandma's house was a small park I'm blanking on, nope, got it, Geranium Park. Every Octoberfest they'd hold it for so long, and day and night. Just loud loud music, we heard it no problem, I can only imagine what it was like for the people living across the street from it. My family and I never went though it looked like fun with all the dancing and food and music. Not that I'd dance. The best thing that came out of that was a photo I took of the perfect serendipity. They had two Porta-Potties set up near an area of brush. They put them next to the most appropriate sign which made it SO necessary for me to get the photo of for posteriority. (Oh wait, that's a word? I was combining posterior and posterity) Next to the Porta Potties was a long-standing sign that said "NO DUMPING" When my brother and I came across that we went into hysterics. I cherish that photo.

I think this is really well put together. How do you do frames like this? There's that ribbon-like thing with the word on it. Did you describe that ribbon-like thing? Is there a word for that?
