Winter Wolf's Winter Armor: Designed By Mermaids #1

Well... This picture was supposed to be a "soaring" mermaid. Yet this armor has some distinctly un-streamlined attributes. And (at least in this picture) the wearer doesn't look much like a "mermaid."

It is potential reference art for Princessa Winter Wolf in that:

1. She is a blue-eyed albino who's half mutant werewolf & half ice fairy.
2. I've considered for some time now giving her a "mermaid" form that can also fly.
3. The armor being largely white fits this character quite well.

Update: Let's say that it is Princessa Winter Wolf in her winter armor. She is a polymorph, after all.
