Thanks--it's from the Next Generation episode "Relics" in which Scotty takes the green bottle (Aldebaran whiskey, given by Picard to Guinan) to visit his first love--the bridge of the original Enterprise, recreated by the holodeck. One of the most under appreciated poignant moments in Star Trek, and James Doohan was pitch perfect. Patrick Stewart was good too.
