This piece began with a noble goal: to sculpt a fairy without glitter, drama, or suspicious sparkles. The figure was digitally carved using a mix of classical references and the artist’s deep-seated fear of asymmetry. Her wings? Modeled after a failed croissant sketch that turned out unexpectedly majestic. Her gown? A tribute to every fabric simulation that crashed the software but looked fabulous before it did.

The ornate frame was assembled leaf by leaf, scroll by scroll, while the artist muttered “just one more swirl” like a caffeinated mantra.
