The woman is an original character; not someone taken from an old Conan novel or comic book story. I looked on Wikipedia to check on what the proto-Slavs were called in Conan's day. I found that, in Robert E. Howard's imaginary "Hyborian Age," "Brythunia" was the name he gave to the region which supposedly corresponds with what we now call Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia. So I'm assuming that at least some of the Brythunians of Conan's day were distant ancestors of modern Slavs. (My original prompt called for his companion to be a blond Slavic woman. That was before I did the research I just mentioned.)
P.S. I invoked the style of Frank Frazetta.
A hyperdetailed oil painting in the style of Frank Frazetta shows a Brythunian sorceress and Conan the Barbarian. Wrinkles are visible on the woman's white linen blouse.
