Judge Plum

Percival Plum was a simple man once, he created boardgames for a living and ran a small comics shop, one day he finished his masterpiece and tried to get it sold but Judge Lemon never returned the game he submitted for inspection and he soon felt cheated. He started attacking the city in different bombings and leaving clues for the Ten to hun him with. He went uncaptured for so long that Mr. Bleach grew impatient and decided to find the terrorist himself, when he finally solved the clues he asked Plum what his motive was and Plum told him revenge for being cheated out of the profits for his game! Bleach was amused and baffled until he figured out that Judge Lemon had actually kept the game for herself and forgot to return it and get it sold for mass production. Needless to say Judge Lemon suffered some punishments and Bleach was so impressed by Plum's cluemaker skills, he invited him as a wildcard on his council to keep life interesting, oh and every other saturday they play clue games
