Prisoner Of A Book

Since this gorgeous community supported me so much with the idea of dangerous knowledge I shared yesterday, I'm sharing every other outtake as promised. But with a little twist of writing exercise to give all of this art a bit more of a story.

The Russian Empire was full of secrets. All this Slavic Pagan Gods and mad tsars? It was so crazy to even think about it that Augusta Newton, a native londoner, decided to have a trip to Russia to learn more about this country and its magical secrets.

She stumbles upon a book written by some man named David Kochinsky, but it doesn't tell her what's so unraveling about Russia. What it does tell is something about Augusta herself. About her grapes allergies. About her green color lens and future eyesight disease.

Bemused and shocked, Augusta realizes she found a real prophet, imprisoned in an old book.
