Duke Fleed : PORTRAIT

The central character of the UFO ROBO GRENDIZER series, Duke Fleed once lived on the peaceful planet Euphor, of which he was the crown prince. After his home world was devastated and his family massacred by Vega's troops, he was forced to flee aboard the robot GRENDIZER / GOLD RAKE, which he stole from them, and found refuge on Earth after a long wandering in space. When, later, Vega sets his sights on our planet, Actarus, an involuntary and tragic hero, will become its defender, refusing to allow the Earth to experience the same fate as Euphor. Required to keep his true identity secret, he presents himself to others as a peaceful and discreet groom, employed at the "White Birch Ranch".
