I saw Judas Priest on their first American tour in '77. They were a "special guest" opening act for Foreigner and REO Speedwagon, touring on their Sin After Sin album. I'd never even heard of them. My mouth dropped when that wall of metal hit me. I stayed (haphazardly) for Foreigner and walked on REO.
