I hadn't been planning to do anything along these lines, but a little while ago I was struck by the whim to try to use Uncle Scrooge in a New Year's celebration and see what happened. (P.S. Yes, I know that the hands on the clock tower's clocks don't indicate it is now 12 o'clock midnight. I tried to inpaint those clocks to correct them. Things kept getting worse than what you see here. I got tired of wasting credits.)
