Wow! Even though I never saw the series, this symbolic vignette made sense, even before I read the title.

I would be far from alone to say that Tyrion was the most interesting character among a very broad cast of diverse characters in GOT.

What was most fun for me is watching him time and again get into situations where he was immensely outmatched (which has been his life story from birth) yet with his wits and bold heart he perseveres if not always to victory, at least, to live another day.  

We could all learn a great deal from him, which is what George Martin always intended.  Use whatever you have in the house .. if it's an army made of pawns get them in order to a well planned strategy .. just don't SIT there. Act!  before others take action against you.  ;-)
