The challenge asked for a "traditional" version of death, i took it literally and used the description of a traditional song as source for the image.

Der Tod reit' auf einem kohlschwarzen Rappen. Er trägt ein undurchsichtig Kappen. Wenn Landsknecht' in das Feld einmarschieren lässt er sein Ross daneben galoppieren.
Translation:
Death rides in Flanders!
Death rides on a coal-black horse. He wears an opaque cap. When mercenaries march into the field he lets his horse gallop alongside.
Remark: The AI had problems with the word Landsknecht, so I made multiple version without full success and I had to rearrange the text.
