Queen Cleopatra VII (69 BCE – 30 BCE) is one of the most famous and intriguing figures of ancient history. She was the last active ruler of the Ptolemaic Kingdom of Egypt, a dynasty of Greek origin that ruled following the conquest of Alexander the Great.
