I guess I'm a little grumpy with pain and really am rather tired of the new influx of skinny elongated women with big busts and scanty clothing or overly cutesy fuzzy animals(?) or ...ad nauseam.  Images churned out with no regard to number of limbs or floating appendages or ...you get the idea.

I'm going to stick to the people I already like here (yes, you're one of them!) who put some effort into their images.  Otherwise, I'll get to the point of not using NightCafe. Yeah, I know - I sound like a curmudgeon.

When I first saw one years back, I thought they looked weird and not that attractive. But since more photos of them as watching documentaries about some of the unusual mammals in Asia, they look quite attractive. 

I can remember when I was a kid (and there really wasn't much info, photos or animal shows then), I thought cheetahs looked weird as I was used to seeing muscular, more compact animals like lions, tigers, jaguars and mountain lions. Really no different than many centuries back, Chinese people thinking white people looked strange.

we live in a pretty amazing world, which despite everything, is still full of amazing wonders. i'm so glad for today's tech that allows us to see, read and know about so much more than what was in my mom's hard bound and heavy encyclopedias! 😃
