Pokedex #0009: Blastoise: The Shellfish Pokemon

Pokedex Entry: A brutal Pokemon with pressurized water jets on its shell. They are used for high speed tackles.

Unique Data: Despite their aggressive nature towards other wild Pokemon, wild Blastoise are often much calmer around humans. Though my recent studies, I have found that the water jets protruding from its shell are not, in fact, made of metal. The jets are comprised of a unique metallic cartilage. This is the only creature (that we know of) that uses this type of cartilage. Blastoise have been nicknamed "Nature's Firefighters" due some Blastoise using their water jets to hunt fire type Pokemon and control natural forest fires. More research required
