Dreamshaper XL Lightning
On the night of a terrible thunderstorm, a girl was stuck by lightning. She was thought to be dead, but she battled her unconscious and awoke with the powers of the sky. She built her hometown able to withstand any storm and her powers were able to rival Zeus himself. Her name was Elysia.
For @heartflame, her homeland is inspired by storm clouds with fantasy buildings and currents of electricity lighting the village.
