I will say it usually does a little better with the named centaurs. I had a run of dozens of failed Centaurides, no amount of female centaur prompts in any amount worked, until I specifically tried for Hylonome. I still only got maybe 1 in 3, and mostly nsfw, but I did get what I was looking for eventually.
