I want to appreciate those of you who had the integrity to vote fairly and kindly in the challenge. I am taking a 10-day break in this room because I am depressed at the sheer amount of downvoting.

While I am taking a break, please ask yourself if you have the kindness and fairness to follow a simple rule. **No well-crafted, on-theme image deserves a vote of less than 3**. 

In my challenges, I reject **all** off-theme submissions. So anything in the challenge is on-theme.

You don't have to agree with me on this issue, but it is my room and when you submit an entry you are agreeing to follow the rules of the challenge. 

If you can't follow this rule, I wish you well, but please have the integrity **not to participate in my challenges**. 

This used to be my favorite of the 9 challenge rooms I run, but as of now I do not have the heart to continue running challenges here. I hope I feel different in 10 days.

Generally speaking, I am in full agreement that both "strategic" add mean spirited down voting are loathsome acts to be discouraged and despised. I do, however,  add a third prerequisite for giving a positive rating to an image ... at least some measure of creativity.  The AI can make really "pretty" or "impessive" images when one just tosses a topic and a bunch of credits at it. I truly enjoy giving high marks to folks who earn them with original and clever ideas, but my approval cannot be purchased with credits, or worse yet, cash.

Thank you so much for the effort you put into your challenges and for trying to keep them "on a higher plane".  I look forward to trying to help you  raise the bar even higher in the future.
