The Jackal of Stormwind, perched upon the rooftops of this namesake city, looking to ignobly eliminate "targets of opportunity" of the Grand Alliance by commission of the Horde, by third parties, or even from within the Grand Alliance itself.

Though technically was first a goblin, the jackal is the very animal spirit that eclipses the actual race of the Marksmanship Hunter in question. It was even the more fox-like vulpera that assumed the mantle for a time.

For one reason or another, a hero of the Alliance must "go" and no longer be a liability to the requester(s).
