What hypomania feels like for me sometimes. It is such a strange thing to experience and far beyond the idea of just having more energy or feeling "good". These can be the first hints an episode is on its way but by the time you're in a full on episode, you don't just feel good, you feel like a QUEEN. You don't just have more energy, you are barely sleeping and going a million miles a minute. Then... comes the crash.
