Behavior:
The Splintered One moves slowly and awkwardly, as if each step is a struggle to stay upright. It patrols predictable paths, listening for movement and sound. When it detects the player, it lets out a resonant groan, and its movements become more erratic. If it catches the player, it attempts to impale them with its splintered limbs or trap them against piles of logs. The Splintered One is susceptible to light sources, which temporarily confuse and repel it, giving the player a chance to escape.
