2-D Man, real name Stuart Lowe, was a member of the Terrific Trio(Supposed to be DC's version of the Fantastic 4).  His teammates were Freon and Magma. He fought with and against the second Batman early in his career.  His power was super elasticity.   He was a scientist who got super human powers in a supposed lab accident.  At first he wanted to be a good guy.  But process of how he got his powers, drove him insane.
