Unfortunately, this one seems to be a one-off glitch. I think it is due to setting the seed number to be identical to the seed of the start image, and then possibly some specific part of the altered text prompt.

I'm calling this the Same Seed Glitch Effect. It happens often when you Evolve an image using the same seed number.
