At midnight shadows dispersed And wandered in the gloom. Now hiding on the roof like cats, Now sneaking round the room
Silently over stones they slide, Embracing the decrepit crypt; In the moonlight they glide inside, Where placidly a skeleton sleeps.
Gal at the graveyard does not sleep - He chases the shadows from tombstones so steep!
Again the guard they harass, Granting no rest as they lurk; They'll make him shiver and gasp, Then absorb into the murk.
Suddenly under the moon they fade, Only to reappear over the graves. With silence the gleams overwhelm, As moonlight on headstones they crave.
What's this affair?! Gal is gone insane! In the graveyard there's no rest, no sleep does he gain!
