Years ago, in fact many years, it was discovered that some connexions were not working properly, or, maybe, not following the expectations told to the commander. One way or another, consequencial lack of sustainable attention in capturing information imposed many challenges in sectors around the tower and the commander agreed with 'helpers' intervention. Some don't like them, as they come every morning and work for 10 hours or so and go away. They complain about the rush and all the fuss. The commander, despite hearing these complaints, said their help is essential, for now.
