This actually happened to me one year, lol. I kept a bag of soil folded over and leaned on the side of my house during winter and spring. Unbeknownst to me, that bag became a little froggie nursery. Those baby frogs were somehow getting through the pipes in my house and ending up in my shower. I'd be washing my hair and look over and there's a dang frog there keeping me company! It happened four times. I didn't figure it out until I was gardening and went to use that bag of soil and found a bunch of baby frogs in there. 

Haha! That’s crazy! Maybe a leaky drain pipe? You must have a crawlspace or something under your house.

That does remind me that the last time we were at my wife’s parents house in Massachusetts, there were very many baby frogs congregating outside by the door to their basement. They were also getting into their pool.
