Flux Schnell is good at text. Words should be with quotation marks. for example try as a prompt-

It can only do short text though. I sort of cheated a bit, I got my basic picture here, then I used Paint Shop Pro to add the speech bubble with text. Then I uploaded that picture and got Night Cafe to make a picture from that. And even then it took about 3 attempts to get accurate text.
