The parents are worried and anxious as they have experienced many challenges in getting help for their child due to Canada's doctor shortage and poor mental health resources. They are also worried they will be denied the DTC and are desperately in need of the thousands in backpay they would receive as they are facing eviction from their apartment. 

This is a true story about one of my many clients who feel defeated by the system.
