DND Series: Mind Flayer

A Mind Flayer, also known as an Illithid, is a terrifying aberration standing as tall as a human with rubbery, greenish-mauve flesh that glistens with slime. Its head resembles that of a four-tentacled octopus, featuring a pair of bloated white eyes and a revolting, lamprey-like mouth dripping oily slime. Typically found in underground cities or dark caverns, Mind Flayers use their powerful psionic abilities to control and devastate their enemies. They are often depicted in combat, lashing out with their tentacles or using mind blasts to stun foes, surrounded by signs of their illithid community and enslaved creatures.
