Connecting to the Psychic Maelstrom, Ansia has just discovered other things about his brother Terrore.
Before his disappearance, he was the ringleader of the "Douglas" (i.e. the local chief), and worked with Mignolo (then not yet head of the bikers).

Apparently, a year ago the brother went on a mission to the City (the same place where Eugene and Cerotto are now).
He and others were to retrieve a large engine, and according to the 'official version' he had died as a result of the Cerberus attack (large deformed 3/2-headed dogs with monstrous jaws...).

Of the group only five returned, battered, and note that among them was Ombra ("Shadow", the chief's messenger and torturer)... Who later rose quite a lot among the ranks of the Douglas minions (what-a-combination)...
