But she had an eye for rhythm and movement, and it became common for the dance floor to clear to watch her languid movements.

Despite her dark aesthetic, she was kind, civil, and she *listened.*

Before she knew it, the club owners offered her work, and it was a huge boon to her college bills.

It soon became clear that a genius mind for business, and she soon dropped out of school to help manage the club full-time.

She finally bought the place (in installments), and renovated it from a humble getaway for co-eds into a full-fledged dance club.

Anyone who is anyone wants to go there.

And if they're lucky, they'll find her holding court in the VIP section.

She's kept the goth look for nostalgia's sake.

It helps to put a face to the establishment.
