This is to explore Zdzislaw Beksinski. He is a painter with horror or dystopian surrealism theme.

_Lily's lungs_ ached and her energy was depleted. She burst through a creaking doorway into a dimly lit storage room. It was illuminated by blood colored candles.

In the room's center, an ornately framed mirror stood propped against a stack of dusty crates.  As Lily edged closer, a cold tendril of dread snaked down her spine.  The reflection staring back wasn't her own.  A spectral figure, a woman with flowing white hair and hollow eyes, materialized within the glass.

Lily's scream echoed in the suffocating silence. But the apparition didn't react with rage or a terrifying grimace. Instead, its voice, a soft, sorrowful whisper, emanated from the mirror, "Don't be afraid, child. Step closer..."

As if hypnotized, Lily stepped into the mirror.
