Preventing deep fakes is why living/real persons are not allowed on DallE3/open AI/microsoft models and others. 

...but you can sometimes bypass it with allusions to characters... doesn't always work, of course. otoh brands are fine on bing which are not allowed on D3 on NC because the policy on here is stricters, so disney characters etc as long as not human actors can often be done there, but not here. 

it's all about liability. SD doesn't care, it's open-source. Which is why people d/l it for their own machines and make deepfakepr0n using it.
