I definitely like the impact of the "Thomas Kinkade" setting.  I had some good results adjusting the negative modifiers to add specific things that I wanted excluded like "crowded buildings" or "mountains" when I wanted a flat landscape.  (It might help evolve a result that is close by just adding things to remove to negative modifier list ... the multiple masts on your Viking ship came to mind when I was removing mountains.)

It fit pretty closely what I was trying for.  Better than the previous one.
