He stands in the quiet blaze of the Florentine sun, notebook open like a votive offering to thought. The Baptistery gleams before him :marble and geometry, faith and proportion entwined. His curls catch the light as though touched by Leonardo’s brush; his stillness belongs to another century. I love how the air itself seems to study with him, how every shadow carries the echo of a sketch, every silence, the hum of genius. He writes slowly, as if the act of thinking demanded reverence. Around him, life moves ,tourists, merchants, bells , yet he remains a figure apart, both witness and disciple of beauty. In his eyes glimmers that sacred curiosity which built the Renaissance: the desire to understand not just God, but the miracle of man. And as the sun descends behind Brunelleschi’s dome, it feels less like an ending than a benediction. Have a very nice day, @IanJin !
