Oui, je comprends. Parfois, le corps et le mental s’emballent, et des angoisses surgissent sans prévenir. J’ai longtemps connu ça. Avec le temps, les choses se sont un peu apaisées. J’ai dû tout écrire, tout ce qui m’avait blessé, attristé, traumatisé. On sait combien l’enfance, tout comme la vie adulte, peuvent être rudes.

Ça m’a pris du temps pour mettre le doigt sur ce qui n’allait pas, parce qu’en réalité, il y avait de nombreuses causes entremêlées. Comprendre les origines m’a beaucoup aidé. Comprendre aussi ce dont je souffrais vraiment autant émotionellement que chimiquement dans ces moments là. 

Aujourd’hui, quand une crise d’angoisse arrive, j’arrive souvent à la reconnaître et à la désamorcer en la verbalisant. Je me dis : c’est une crise d’angoisse, mais je suis en sécurité. Elle a une raison d’être, mais elle ne va pas me submerger. Et rien que de poser ces mots, ça change déjà beaucoup.
