She saw the puddles fill

She saw the flowers bright

Droop limp and still.

She felt the wind was blowing 

She saw the spiraling trees

Be ripped away with ease.

She saw it all coming close

But not with her hands

Could she stop the tempest

Moving through the lands.

So she opened her umbrella 

A dome above her head

And held it out, the tiny shield
