Quest: Capture Redfang pt. 2

Part 1

Despite the fail condition, Luma was barely able to contain her excitement in accepting the quest. Parchment in hand, she rushed outside to were Maressa was waiting rather impatiently.

She did not handle crowds well, but then, so few Selachii could. Their naturally cold gaze and seemingly nonchalant nature was off putting to most, so it generally worked out in her favour: they stayed away from her and she stayed away from them.

Well, most of them.

Maressa's icy silver eyes shimmered faintly in the sunlight as she looked at the parchment. "A capture quest? There wasn't anything—you know—more suited to just the two of us?"

Capture quests were not easy, but they did come with one particularly nice benefit: someone else had already done the scouting for them. This would save them days of legwork.

Besides, Luma had faith in their skills.
