Oppulant sea elves.

The Mamtine sea elves are by far the most wealthy of the nations. Their island nations benefit from the vast wealth of the seas and control of the most profitable trade routes. The wealthy host extravagant balls and parties and don copious expensive fabrics and adornment. They host spectacular gladiatorial games, operas and dramas and invite the wealthy and powerful of distant nations who with their blessings may visit the heavily guarded archipelago. Wealthy sea elves prefer to not visit the ocien but instead have piscinas or tide pools.
