Is there somethinbg slightly off about the front of the car, where she is leaning? Or just an optical illusion?

The wheel is turned in the wheel well which throws it off

Right. It just looked to me like the front was a little wider than the wheel well and rest of the car. Following the line from the rear view mirror and along the bonnet. But I also have no idea what car it is and what the car looks like.
