Glad you like it. As I suggested in my description, I wasn't really thinking of doing anything along these lines until this morning when I noticed a black-and-white community challenge, and that got me thinking about old comic books and old newspaper comic strips, and I decided to run with the idea of doing something with a Frank Frazetta influence. I'd also never done any Edgar Rice Burroughs characters before, so I decided it was about time. 

Created for a challenge calling for black-and-white artwork. I decided to go for the old-fashioned "adventure comic" look, with the style being a mixture of Frank Frazetta and Mike Grell, and using John Carter and Dejah Thoris from the books by Edgar Rice Burroughs.
