•*Build Community* Isolation fuels anxiety; strong social connections create support.

•*Take Action* Feeling powerless worsens anxiety. Even small acts of activism or kindness can restore a sense of control.

•*Support Independent Journalism* The far right thrives on misinformation. Fund and share credible sources.

•*Stand Against Hate* Call out bigotry, disinformation, and dog-whistles when you see them.

•*Educate Yourself & Others* Understanding fascist tactics (propaganda, fear-mongering, scapegoating) helps dismantle them.
