WISHY WASHY
... something similar is flowering in Cape Town's The Company's Gardens, but it's not the European snowdrop (and it's definitely not the Cape snowdrop) (maybe @Charlie0186 can help?) (could it be a South African version of lily of the valley?)
A delicate watercolor painting of snowdrops in a light snowfall, surrounded by silver birch trees and bathed in soft morning light. The image evokes a whimsical, dreamy aesthetic.

I'm pretty useless with plants in general. So I did the next best thing which was a google search on "what plants grow in the Cape Town Company Gardens that have white flowers in early spring". The only plant that seems to come close to your image is Ornithogalum juncifolium (Grass-leaved Chincherichee). If it doesn't match, there are apps like PlantNet that are pretty good with phone photos; since it is flowering, there's a good chance it will identify it correctly.

If the flowers hang down as you've shown them, it's not impossible that it is Lily of the Valley Convallaria majalis. it apparently does grow well in Cape Town.
