It's not a subject often talked about but one so essential to the mental health of so many. If you constantly find yourself feeling like you need to diet or deprive yourself to fit into a certain body type... you might want to look at the motivation behind it. Or if you find yourself coming across a fat person in think to yourself "oh at least I'm not THAT big", check your bias. Where does that thought arise from? 

And if you feel the need to negatively comment on someones size to their face or online, just gtfo and focus on your side of the yard ok?

Let's just accept our bodies for how they are regardless if you manage to love them or not, how deeply ingrained fat phobia is in you.
