Who was the 'Petit Lenormand' Oracle Deck creator?

Historically speaking, it is known that the Lenormand oracles (both "Grand" and "Petit", in addition to all decks that have the same structure) in the form we know today actually "came into the world" a little before or right after the death of Mademoiselle Lenomand, who is not responsible for creating the deck that 'bears' her name.

Countless variations and reinventions of the so-called Lenormand Deck have appeared around the world in the last two centuries, most of them referred to as "Gypsy Deck", people who were also associated with the Lenormand Deck, but who were not responsible for its "invention".

Our beloved oracle, you see, is "German" by birth: parlor game designer Johann Kaspar Hechtel created the so-called "Das Spiel der Hoffnung" (The Game of Hope) in 1799 based on an Austro-Hungarian deck of cards from 1796 used for amusement at the Court of Vienna, released as “Les Amusements des Allemands”.
